Hi, internet lover. How are you? Hope you are doing great. We might have an offer for you. We are looking for someone who speaks English, is ready to help and likes digital media. You don´t have to be a programmer or have huge working experience in digital. Willingness to learn and communicative nature is what we are looking for.

Your mission possible

You will be a member of the web team that provides support within the organization. We call it Web Platform Team. You will get the chance to become an expert on Adobe-based websites. As an expert you will give advice and support to internal customers. You will not get bored, as we receive about 600 to 700 tickets every month. From simple pictures uploading to creation of new websites.

The daily fun is about

• Helping internal customers with Adobe Content Management System (we will teach you).
• Ensuring service desk requests and issues are always handled with respect to customer needs (ever heard of SLA?).
• Safeguarding the daily operations in process-related applications (SDL Translation Management System, ticketing systems Jira and ServiceNow, e-mail newsletter - Apsis, on-line PDF - UniFlip etc.).
• Anticipating and preventing issues, taking measures to avoid repeating errors.
• Testing new functionality releases and performing bug-testing.
• Supporting the creation of new websites.
• Maintaining documentation in Knowledge Basis.
• Driving small projects and improvement initiatives within the team.
• Possibility to provide trainings where necessary.

You are perfect with

• Experience in digital area, customer service or helpdesk (= it brings you bonus points)
• Experience with WYSIWYG editors (but we can teach you that)
• Knowledge of Windows office apps (HTML is a plus)
• Fluency in English (written and oral) as you will use it daily
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills (= you like helping people)
• Pro-active & result driven approach, independent thinking and willingness to learn
• Czech / EU citizenship or work permit
